clean, traditional hotel with very professional staff. functional and large rooms for the level of bedrooms, and efficient services. large breakfast and plenty of goodies. spectacular location, shopping area. walking distance to a shopping area and a christmas market across the street. magnificent overall experience.

Really enjoyed our nicely updated rooms in this hotel.

The breakfast was enormous, the check in was quick. The room we had included a storage space and it's own balcony. Location: the hotel was just off local restaurants in the old quarter😃

The staff were professional and efficient. The rooms on the lower floors were new, well-equipped, and provided a magnificent experience. The breakfast spread included a variety of vegan options, such as vegan sausages, in the warm dish section.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Salzburg for a family visit and I couldn't recommend this hotel more. The staff had a marvelous attitude, solving any issues efficiently. The Mozart Suite was gorgeous and spacious, with luxurious mattresses for a great night's rest. The concierge service was first-class and the location was ideal, within walking distance to all major attractions.

Had a fantastic weekend with very friendly and helpful staff. The complimentary items in the bathroom and robes made our stay more comfortable. The location was perfect, close to several restaurants and shops. We had a great time visiting Mirabell Gardens which was only a short walk away from the hotel.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The hotel was undergoing renovations and we were not informed about the noise during the day.

We arrived early and the front staff kindly gave us our room early to store our suitcases when we went on a day trip. The location is unbeatable, with many great small bistros and restaurants within easy walking distance. The view from our room of Mirabelle gardens was lovely, and the small patio allowed us to enjoy a picnic lunch. The hotel also accommodated my request for a kettle and had coffee available for early risers. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and convenient location. This hotel had it all - outstanding internet, superb mattresses, and easily one of the top 3 breakfasts I've ever had in Europe or North America. The hotel facilities were impeccable, with a large underground parking and clean, comfortable rooms. The location next to the park was perfect for a relaxing stroll, and it was just a short walk to both the train station and the old town. The staff were exceptionally gracious, pleasant, and helpful, and they spoke English fluently, making communication a breeze. The restaurant and bar were outstanding, with a superb dining experience led by Executive Chef Simon Z. The hotel truly exceeded my expectations and stands out as the best I've ever stayed at.
